
As a lifelong resident of Point Pleasant, I am an expert of all water ways, flood zones, CAFRA permits, Riparian Grants, and leasing guidelines that involve the sale of waterfront properties. My commercial experience includes the sales of multi-family homes, motels, fuel stations, mixed use properties, neighborhood centers, strip malls, warehouses, and car washes. My extensive knowledge in land use, ordnances & zoning laws serve my commercial clients well.
